Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift cards are currently issued with a 12 month expiry date. Notwithstanding this, all Nicola Heart gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue in accordance with Australian law.

Redeemable for readings and coaching sessions with Nicola Heart only. Not valid for live events, event tickets, private in-home demonstrations, or merchandise.

Bookings are essential and subject to availability.

Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Any remaining balance may be used on future eligible sessions until expiry.

Lost or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced. Electronic gift cards cannot be reissued.

No fees apply to redeem this gift card. Standard merchant processing fees apply at the time of purchase and to any additional amount payable if the selected service exceeds the gift card value.

Nicola Heart reserves the right to increase service prices at any time, at her sole discretion and without notice.

This gift card represents a monetary value only, based on the service pricing at the time of purchase, and does not lock in the price of any specific service or future rate. The value of the gift card will be applied toward the service price at the time of redemption, and any difference in value must be paid by the gift card holder.
